  • 6 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized shell egg yolk(s)
  • 1 1/2 c softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 c sour cream
  • 3/4 c powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger

Ingredients:

  • 12 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized shell egg yolk(s)
  • 3 c softened cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger

Ingredients:

  • 24 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized shell egg yolk(s)
  • 6 c softened cream cheese
  • 3 c sour cream
  • 3 c powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger

Ingredients:

  • 36 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized shell egg yolk(s)
  • 9 c softened cream cheese
  • 4 1/2 c sour cream
  • 4 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 2 1/4 c frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp grated fresh ginger

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until creamy and smooth. Spoon into a bowl, cover with plastic film, and refrigerate for several hours or several days. Spoon over fresh berries, halved seedless grapes, or banana slices.

Variations

Plain yogurt can be substituted for sour cream
