This quantity recipe for light Devonshire cream sauce for fresh fruit is light & healthy. It tastes great over berries, banana slices, or any of your foodservice guests’ favorite fresh fruit.


Light Devonshire Cream Sauce for Fresh Fruit foodservice recipe

Serving Size: 2 Tbsp.

Yield: 16 servings


  • 1/2 c Neufchâtel cheese
  • 3/4 c plain, nonfat greek yogurt
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp light agave nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized shell egg yolk(s)
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp orange extract


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until creamy and smooth. Spoon into a bowl, cover with plastic film, and refrigerate for several hours or even several days. Spoon over apple slices, fresh berries, halved seedless grapes, or banana slices.
